Four Beehives are maintained year-round on the building’s roof. The hives provide 200 pounds of honey each year. The honey is used in härth’s signature Bacon Jam served with every meal and is used in the guest favorite cocktail - The Hive.
The Organic Garden produces herbs and vegetables seasonally including the Pepin pepper, the world’s hottest peppers, which are used in the cocktail—The härth Flame.

Induction and frost plate units for the buffet are installed under counter allowing for clean marble tops when not in use.
