Just as the heart of any home is the kitchen, härth is at the center of the hotel’s guest experience. Boasting a wood-fired hearth oven and cozy fireside ambiance, härth welcomes diners 365 days a year for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Härth’s commitment to approachable farm-to-table cuisine is rooted in seasonal ingredients and partnerships with  local purveyors and farmers. The menu brings chef-inspired homemade recipes and a modern approach to local classics. This fresh approach to dining is complemented by a diverse cocktail, wine and beer list. Tap beer offerings are comprised of many iconic labels from around the region and are available in refillable härth branded growlers. Adding to the glow created by the wood burning oven, numerous fireplaces, warm woods and fabrics create an ambiance where guests feel at home. Nestled within the restaurant is an intimate private dining space for larger gatherings and business meetings.

The stone-clad, wood burning oven is the focal point of the restaurant. Not only does it look beautiful, but the aromas wafting from the oven throughout the day entice diners before they even enter the restaurant. Adding to the inviting glow, numerous fireplaces are placed throughout the space and carefully selected premium fabrics and warm woods also add to the warmth that defines the space.

Rooftop Beehives & Organic Garden

Härth’s own rooftop Beehives and Organic Garden is testimonial to its commitment of creating a farm to table experience.

Four Beehives are maintained year-round on the building’s roof. The hives provide 200 pounds of honey each year. The honey is used in härth’s signature Bacon Jam served with every meal and is used in the guest favorite cocktail - The Hive.

The Organic Garden produces herbs and vegetables seasonally including the Pepin pepper, the world’s hottest peppers, which are used in the cocktail—The härth Flame.

A Focal härth Bar

Stylistic flare and high-end finishes combine to make a stunning visual statement. The bar is a perfect focal point within the space that sets the tone for the guests dining at härth.
