3 oz. Romaine Lettuce
1 oz. Artichoke Hearts
1 oz. Cucumber, Quartered and De-seeded
1 oz. Garbanzo Beans
1 oz. Parmesan, Shredded
oz. White Balsamic Vinaigrette
½ oz. Tabaco Onions
10 Croutons
6 Cherry Tomato, Halved
1 Hard Boiled Egg, cut in 6

Preparation

  1. In a medium mixing bowl toss the top 7 ingredients
  2. Place onto round plate and garnish with eggs, cherry tomato, and onions
  3. Serve
